Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of HSP Task Scheduler, operated by HSP Systems LLC. By connecting an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service purpose
HSP Task Scheduler coordinates authorized task data with authorized calendar availability and may create, move, or remove scheduler-owned work blocks according to the configuration selected for a user profile.
Your accounts and authorization
You may connect only accounts and Workspaces that you are authorized to access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google, ClickUp, and other provider accounts and for reviewing the permissions you grant to HSP Task Scheduler.
You may revoke provider access at any time through the provider's account settings. Revoking access may prevent scheduling or synchronization from functioning.
Scheduler behavior
Automated schedules are planning assistance, not guarantees. Task estimates, due dates, provider data, calendar availability, API delays, outages, or configuration choices may cause a proposed schedule to be incomplete or inaccurate. Users remain responsible for reviewing deadlines, appointments, commitments, and work output.
Scheduler-created work blocks are designed to be distinguishable from real appointments and may be moved as availability changes. The service is not intended to cancel or alter unrelated calendar events.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to access accounts without authorization, interfere with the service or provider APIs, evade provider limitations, introduce malicious code, or use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party terms.
Third-party services
HSP Task Scheduler depends on third-party services including Google, ClickUp, hosting, and database providers. Their availability, terms, APIs, and policies are outside HSP Systems' control and may affect functionality.
Availability and changes
The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued, and features may be added or removed. We may modify these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free scheduling, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every third-party configuration.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HSP Systems LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from missed tasks, scheduling conflicts, third-party outages, provider changes, or unauthorized access outside our reasonable control.
