Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how HSP Systems LLC ("HSP Systems," "we," "us") handles information when you use HSP Task Scheduler, a service that coordinates work from connected task systems with availability from connected calendars.
Information we access or receive
Depending on which integrations you connect, the service may access or store:
- Basic account and connection identifiers, such as provider user IDs, email addresses, Workspace/account names, and connection labels.
- Google Calendar data needed for scheduling, including your list of available calendars, calendar identifiers, free/busy availability, and events on the scheduler-created output calendar.
- ClickUp data needed for scheduling, including authorized Workspace identifiers, your ClickUp user identifier, assigned task names, due dates, priorities, time estimates, statuses, tags, and task links.
- Scheduler configuration, generated work blocks, webhook/subscription metadata, and operational logs needed to keep schedules synchronized.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens. These credentials are stored encrypted and are used only to communicate with the provider you authorized.
How we use information
We use connected-account data only to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the scheduling functionality you request. This includes determining when you are busy, reading authorized work assigned to you, creating or moving scheduler-owned work blocks, responding to provider changes, and diagnosing service failures.
Google user data
HSP Task Scheduler requests limited Google Calendar permissions for calendar discovery, free/busy scheduling, and management of calendars created by the application. It does not request broad permission to edit arbitrary existing calendars.
Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used for advertising, sold, or transferred to data brokers.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers that are necessary to operate the service, such as hosting, database, and integration platforms, under their applicable security and privacy terms. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the service.
Data retention and deletion
We retain connection and scheduling data while it is needed to provide the service. When a connection or profile is removed, associated operational data may be deleted or retained for a limited period where necessary for security, backup, legal, or diagnostic purposes.
You may request deletion of your HSP Task Scheduler profile or stored integration data by contacting harley@hspsystems.io. You can also revoke Google or ClickUp access directly through the applicable provider account settings.
Security
We use reasonable technical safeguards designed for the sensitivity of the data, including encrypted storage of OAuth credentials, restricted administrative access, HTTPS transport, and provider-scoped authorization. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
HSP Task Scheduler is intended for business and productivity use and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service or integrations change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
