HSP can discover calendars, read free/busy availability, and create/manage the dedicated calendar that HSP itself creates. It does not request broad permission to edit arbitrary existing calendars.
Authorized Workspace and assigned-task data are used to build the schedule. OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest, provider-scoped, and used only to operate the connection the user authorized.
HSP Task Scheduler is currently being rolled out through HSP Systems-managed accounts. Administration and connected-account setup live behind the dedicated setup console.
