Connect availability
Authorize Google accounts and select the calendars that should count as real busy time. Existing appointments stay authoritative.

Build the plan
The scheduler places flexible work blocks around meetings, priorities, deadlines, estimates, and working hours, then recalculates when reality changes.
Deliberately narrow access.
The Google integration is designed around limited Calendar permissions instead of blanket calendar control. Scheduler-owned work blocks are separate from real appointments and are created only on an application-created calendar.
Google Calendar
Calendar discovery, free/busy availability, and management of the dedicated calendar created by HSP Task Scheduler. The application does not request broad permission to edit arbitrary existing calendars.
ClickUp
Authorized Workspace and assigned-task data are used to build the execution plan. OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest and used only for the connected provider.
